Toll Confident As Rail Deadline Nears

Australian transport company Toll Holdings said today it was confident of reaching 90 percent acceptance of its bid for New Zealand rail and ferry operator Tranz Rail Holdings but reiterated the bid would not proceed if it fell short.

He don't look very confident.
