After all WB does just that! It is great that you did well out of selling WRI at $1.31 and picking up POA. But I've had 11.5c in dividends from WRI since September. Those are worth 17.5c on a pre tax basis. Add that onto today's WRI closing price and you are not far off that $1.31 you sold out at. I can't say I'm unhappy in still holding my WRI.
