I'd say all of those schemes are a sham for the following reasons:

1. if the property is good you don't sell it, it's easy to keep it yourself 
with little capital tied up in it

2. if any system works for trading shares profitably, people don't sell it - 
what do you think they are idiots? "We have a system that works, here have 
some wealth!" The people with working systems keep it quiet, and use it to 
make money they don't go around selling it

3. it is a common scam to interest outsiders to the Gold Coast properties

4. there are many dodgy shonky business ventures in the Gold Coast - I am 
not saying these guys are one of them, just that there are many others, 
often appearing on the news running one property / get rich scam after 
another, must be the sun and lazy lifestyle affecting their brains

Feel free to correct me if I am wrong, quoting real profits / experience / 
success, not marketing hype thanks.
