Glad you brought it up. I still have the valuation report done when Watson took 
over, and using the same logic applied in that report, the shares should now be 
closer to $3.00, if not higher. It will be interesting to see the valuation 
report in this case. My understaniding of the takeover rules is that compulsory 
acquisition is possible once someone has 90% - but still they must pay a "fair 
value". And so the "fair value" in this case will be interesting to see- from 
memory it is Arthur Andersen doing the calculation. I hope they are not snowed 
by Watson's team. Anyway will be keeping my shares until we've had a good look 
at the report. Bruce
