I think there was an article regarding this in the NBR. There has been no
distribution of any retained earnings becuase of the majority interests of
Logan/ Eric Watson.

The recommendation was that minority shareholders should hold out for a
better offer, although I am unsure about the takeover laws. Perhaps someone
could comment on that.
