Did'nt the CNIF Receiver mention some time ago, that he hoped to have the thing settled by the end of 2001?

It seems that he is maintaining a sound time table: Checking of books by the parties to be completed by Oct. 31; possible reorganisation of interested parties and final bids by say late Nov. and decision by the Receiver in December?

FFS and RBC shareholders will feel reassured that the process is still on track.

Many are asking why so far no takeover offer has been made for FFS. It is always possible that discussions are taking place, who knows?
