You must be using Outlook or Outlook Express.  If you don't use these, don't
worry, you are safe :-)

With Outlook Express, select View/Layout and unclick 'Show Preview Pane'

With Outlook, select view and unclick 'Preview Pane'

Remember, this only stops automatic infection.  Do not open any email with
an attachment (paperclip symbol) until you have installed the fixes.
