This is no help to you if you run Internet Explorer, Outlook, or Outlook
Express.

The latest CERT advisory says that if you have Outlook/Outlook Express with
preview enabled you will be infected automatically the email is received.

Turn off the preview pane on your browser, then go to Microsoft and download
IE service pack 2, or the hotfix to service pack 1, depending on your
browser version.

This virus is *very* aggressive. The Internet has started to slow
appreciably due to the millions of infected computers trying to infect other
systems.
