Phil and et al who appear to have been already converted to the importance 
of adding shareholder value.

Evidence and support that companies that put a strict emphasis on returns on 
capital and shareholder value are rewarded by the market.

The link to the following article compares the rise of CSR and Amcor (in 
Australia) to the downfall of Orica and Pacific Dunlop - because the first 
two concentrated on the return on capital while the other two forgot about 
focusing on cash.

A very well written and perceptive article. I'm sure you will enjoy.
