That one's actually a hoax - 
http://www.sophos.com/virusinfo/hoaxes/virtualcard.html - but anyway, the 
rule is, don't open attachments if you don't exactly know what they are, 
and otherwise you should be safe (if you've gone through Windows Update 
recently, anyway (for those of us stuck on Windows, that is)).
