ShareChat runs it's own live chat service, online at 
http://www.sharechat.co.nz/live.html, and AFAIK the large majority of 
people can use it without problems.

The only main problems we see is people trying to use it at work and 
hitting their company firewall, which are sometimes configured not to let 
it through (in this case if a company proxy is available it can usually be 
worked around); certainly most people at home can get on fine.

Are you having trouble using our service, or were you referring to live 
chat services in general?
