I got the formula backwards on my last post so here are the correct picks 
with data.

CDI     0.22         16.96      36.159
DTL     0.29         15.99      29.693
FOR     0.34         17.06      29.258
NMP     0.5          18.63      26.347
NAP     0.74         12.20      14.182

CDI is the dropped #1
