How about:
 
1/the upcoming preference/cash share issue diluting the capital.  Not 
to mention the fact that the existing shareholders will be asked for 
more money.   I think the Australian authorites approved the terms 
this week so an announcement must be imminent.

2/there is that little island off the coast of New Zealand where the 
natives have taken over at gunpoint, right in the peak holiday 
season.   And to the average American tourist all those South Pacific 
Islands are the same, so why go down there? SNOOPY
