[sharechat] Frucor forecasts & V

I was reading the investment statement and I must agree that the forecasts
do rise very steeply, and do not at all follow the current earnings growth.
It also seems to me that they are relying  a lot on the fact that V will
also be popular in the other target markets, a third of the prospectus seems
to be devoted to V and how it will benefit the company.

Also on page 61 it states that "each substantial security holder...acquired
its shares for 1 cent per share"
And now they are asking for us to pay about $2 a share. Has anyone else
noticed this and what is its significance. It just seems on face value that
they are trying to take us for a ride.

Your comments would be greatly appreciated.
