CGB made an annoucement to NZSE this morning that it placed 1,250,000 fully paid ordinary share @40cps to Vietnam Industrial Investments. The funds raised of $500,000 will be utilised to capitalise on the E-commerce and Internet opportunities uniquely available to Vietnam Industrial
Investments. This is the first step that CGB has taken so far to expand its operation in the global IT-market. Another good news to the shareholders of CGB!
