I really cannot believe that there are people who are stupid or perhaps
nieve enough to claim that gambling has positive benfits to society.
As my contribution to my social service I counsil people with
addictions, my largest and most pathetic group are those addicted to
gambling. I see people lose their homes, their spouses, their kids. I see
normally law abiding citizens go to jail for stealing, for abuse etc. ALL
Gambling related. Gambling addictions cost the Australian government
Millions of dollars.

The House Aways Wins! you do not see Casino's or pokie's going broke.
Pensioners put their whole pension thru them, fathers and mothers put their
whole wages thru them, kids go without clothes, food etc. WE and the
Government must fill the gaps. Saying gambling has a positive contribution
to society to me comes out of the mouths of the same people that claim War
has positive benefits to the world. Give me a world free of Gambling, Give
me a world free of War and THAT will be positive contributions to society.

Gambling has benefits to Society WHAT A LOAD OF HOGWASH!!!!
