I have an account with GCI and have had for the last two years. I have had
no problen withdrawing funds. They are however outside the juristiction of
anything American. That is both good and Risky. But all brokers have their
risks.
You can trade the Forex with a Mini account, Standard account or a
Papertrading account.
The mini is Minimum US$500 in  and $1 per pip ( Tick ) on average, with a
$50 Margin leverage per contract.
The std is US$2000 in and $10 per pip with a $1000 Margin leverage per
contract.
I also have Mini share trading account with them in which you can take a
position in a select group of US Shares for $50 Margin and $1 per tick.
Several of my friends and family have account with them, that is the best
recommendation I can give.
Sorry for answering for BaaBaa but I think he is new to trading and I felt I
new more about the Forex than he.
