Robin, JetStart uses dynamic IP assignment. Every time you disconnect and reconnect you get a new IP address from the pool. The only way you will find out who it is, is by contacting Xtra and finding out the Xtra account that was on that IP at the time the email was sent. They would check this from their logs. Somehow, I doubt Telecom would do this because of privacy concerns. Also, someone else who is not infected now could be using the IP you mention! Xtra regularly change your IP address to ensure you don't host services unless you pay extra. To get a static IP address you need to pay $30 a month on top of all other fees (at least that is what it was last time I checked).
