If I was a TRH shareholder I would have to think long and hard before 
rejecting Toll's bird in the hand offer over the Hon. Michael's bird in some 
future bush (maybe) offer.

What I can not figure out is why the tax payer needs to throw money at 
Transrail (the company).

I have made this point before, I hope that I am not booring sharechatters.
