Throughout the 1990's we witnessed the global boom in hi-tech stocks, and there's plenty of speculation that the next boom may involve biotechnology stocks. I'd appreciate general opinions/comments from the forum on two points. 1) Your "gut-feel" for the next global boom in stocks. 2) With the growing experimentation and development of applications involving Genetic Engineering, Genetic Modification, Cloning, Robotics, Chip Implants and Virtual Reality, what future vision (good or bad) do you believe may ultimately result from these "experiments".
