[sharechat] Dividend data adjustment

Mike,
     Theoretically your data should be adjusted when a stock goes ex-div. At a 
practical level, it is not worth doing this for the smaller dividends, in my 
opinion. 
 Some charting services do not adjust their data, marking the div dates on 
their charts instead.
