This article has a longer list than yours telling you why you're  wrong
....Japan was in a similar position in 1991- high stock market and high
property prices.    I will only get excited when the dow hits 4000.......I
will be following the advice given by buying more gold shares.such as lhg it
has 141m oz reserves of gold
