While the entire interview is sensational, the "generic wisdom" is in the
last ten minutes. It can be paraphrased as follows
"History shows us that there has never been a time when there were MANY rich
people and FEW poor people; it is always and everywhere the reverse.

Thus when everybody thinks they ought to be in the same asset, you GUARANTEE
that the asset in question will impoverish investors. Good investors walk a
lonely road."
