never say never. AlliedSignal tookover Honeywell and assumed Honeywell name effective Dec 1 1999.

Michael Bonsignore was Chairman /CEO of Honeywell @ different times but he became CEO of new company till was fired when Mario Monti of ECU commision said NO to merger of GE/HON deal. Larry Bossidy came back from retirement till new CEO could be found which is David Cote from TRW and so it goes..............
