Peter,
       On the ShareChat website, in the navigation bar on the left under 
"Education" click "Learning To Invest". Scroll down to "Technical Analysis" and 
click on Part 5 "TA Agenda". This will answer most of your questions, for a 
start, anyway.
  Your spreadsheet system is based on a very simple principle. Buy stocks that 
are rising in price and sell those that are falling. Trendfollowing. That's 
what I do too, using different tools.
