Yes you are right DPC is involved in second tier financing through

The company was born from the shell of one of the 1987 crash victims and has grown steadily through aquisition of small regional businesses.

The test will be if the management can weld this disparate group of companies into a serious player in the NZ financial markets. They seem to have done quite well so far but I wouldn't bet my Sopwith Camel on it.
