[sharechat] FFS - Resolution 4

I see the board of FFS want to pass the following resolution at the AGM.

"4. To authorise the Board to continue negotiations in relation to the Central North Island Forest Partnership notwithstanding the receipt of a takeover offer or other certain matters in relation to a takeover offer."

I guess at the moment Citic could make a takeover bid for FFS subject to the condition that FFS remove its bid for the CNIFP. If this happened then the board of FFS would have to comply as they are not allowed to in any way impede a takeover offer as written in the FFS company code.

Any thoughts?
