[sharechat] SPE options

 Could somebody please explain what these options are
or what they entitle one to. 
 Can they be bought and sold like 'normal' shares.   
 Could they be worth a go? (although very expensive
compared to about a month ago!)
 Is this idea the same for all options? (what they
do/entitle).
