Fortune magazine has come up with one investor who is not too worried about 
the market there. Says: Roy Neuberger: "At 98 I can't get too pessimistic."

This gent founded his own firm 72 years ago, has seen it all from the great 
depression on,  and still goes in early every day to watch what his stocks 
are doing. Well, what else is there to do - "it's too early for tennis or 
girls."

Street - go to Fortune.com and click on investor on the bar at the top; he's
