Wasn't Westfield looking at putting in a new shopping complex at 
Newmarket?   And if a bright and shiny new mall appears down the 
road, certain tenants might look at moving to where the lights are 
brighter, hence dimishing the worth of existing shop space in the 
area.  But I also seem to recall the Westfield proposal has run 
into some planning hitches. SNOOPY
