I read an article recently ( on the net ) about companies that merge and the effect in this case negative , regarding wildly differing pe;s

i wondered what sharechatters think about this topic mainly concerning Baycorp/ Data advantage.

would Baycorp be affected negatively considering Datas pe is so much higher
