Chrome Global Ltd has today announced the intended acquisition of Blue Regal
Corporation (a PR firm), via share issue and rights issue (one right for two
shares held, at A$0.02).

Would someone like to tell me how the rights issue would actually work? I
assume that it would give me the right to purchase shares in the future at
some type of floor level?

This is one of the shares I am unfortunately still in.
