Mark, you will get a notice in the mail inviting you to purchase your entitlement @ A2c per share. I made a judgment some time ago that CGB will be a survivor and have bought more at current low level, and will almost certainly take up the rights issue. It may take a few years but if I'm right, great profit in the end. Cheers, Bob.
