Very good Analysis, but AIR NZ would be fools to resume dividend payouts
even if they post a profit.  I'm sure most shareholders would prefer to see
a few years of no dividend if it was put to good use (and not wasted on
directors fee increases).

Air NZ would have been much better off if they had saved a few cents off the
17 to 18 cents dividend they have posted each half year lately and
reinvested.  The basic problem when directors have too many shares in a
company, the seems to care less about company wealth and more about per
share payout.

God I'm negative, but not about this.
