Yes, Roy, there are competing demands, are'nt
there?
I say that the " balance of probabilities "
would lie with AIA or the Auckland
Airport.
There are a lot of tenants there and you could just
about class them as " residential " because their shops are open for such a
long time!
Given time, there ought to be a good non - taxable
gain and imputed dividends to the long term shareholder and your property won't
be damaged by some unruly tenants!
Why look further!
