I seem to recall an advert on sharechat (some months ago) re: live feeds for 
NZSE.  No doubt all of your suggested info would be included.  Otherwise,  
Netbroker and Access provide all of the info at least on a delayed basis -  
(I know access provide it on a real-time, refresh, basis).

E-Trade are (apparently) providing streaming data for Aus stocks.  Access 
provide the same service for Aus stocks as for NZ stocks.

Registration are more than likely required for all of the above.
