you have been lucky. on price I looked at joining them but they could not 
even supply a decent or complete imformation pack. There site you can not 
get a reasonable look at untill you join. Maybe they are australian trained. 
There parent company in Australia is terrible too.I  live in Australia & I 
buy Australian shares through ACCESS BROKERAGE in NZ it's much more 
efficient and cheaper with no hassles with commonwealth securities you need 
to spend time for ever changing trading & bank accounts or get ripped off
