[sharechat] TTP - Trans Tasmen Properties - bonds 4 shares swap - bad/good idea?

Hi

Does anyone have any ideas/views about the Trans Tasman Properties bonds for 
shares swap?  I'm voting against it.  I posted my ideas on the Message 
Board.  I would be interested in other points of view.
