this market depth availability in australia is not a bed of roses a lot of 
financial vendors I.E. stockbrokers business papers etc. have published 
warnings to ignore this figure as it is possible to manipulate it with dummy 
orders that are never meant to be filled until they can publish all details 
of the orders not just the volume this market depth figure is a possible 
sham
