I think they need the extra cash for fleet upgrades. Certainly, $800000
won't cover that.

The analysis by snoopy was excellent. However, I'd hope AIRNZ can save on
admin/staff/IT costs by merging the two airlines. Perhaps this will occur in
the medium term.

Also, I understood that ansett also flew international flights. The downside
of competition in Aussie won't effect those  revenue/profits?

As a shareholder, I'm pretty nervous anyway.
