Business in China is use to having a heavy handed governement sort out any
problems. CITIC has wanted the NZ Govenerment to get involved and sort of
this mess (in their favour of course) but the NZ Gov has refused (which the
Chinese really hated since the Goverenment helped set the whole thing up).

Guess they don't really under stand that changing Goverment's don't really
care about past deals.
