[sharechat] Defamation online - BBC news

A British High Court judge has forced two websites to disclose the identity of someone using a nickname online.

The person concerned had placed defamatory messages in discussion groups' contributions.

It is understood that the person concerned will now be sued for libel: < http://news.bbc.co.uk/hi/english/business >
