Rocom's price has been steadily declining since 73 cents 5 weeks ago. It's simply not in the sector of the month, not a very buoyant day on the market today, maybe some confusion re yr2000 result..see tonight's

exchange notice.

I'm not sure about a huge dive, but there's no sign that it's not going to continue to sag. I am sure there're no " flyers" in this market.
