[sharechat] NZSE Returns and Beta values

Hi,
Just wondering if anyone can point me in the right direction. I am trying
to track annual closing NZSE 40 and AU All Ords index values over a period
of years along with the market value of dividends paid in that 12 month
period (to calculate a market return). In addition I am trying to find a
source of beta values for NZ and Aus companies. If anyone can point me in
the right direction to begin my search I would be grateful.
