The smart $ is moving out - Peter Francis sold out of Chase Corp 6 months before it went under. Inexperienced and naive investors were buying from him!

The drop in SKC's share price shows that the institutions think that the naive $ is moving in! SKC's management are but babes in the woods when it comes to dealing with Peter Francis. Bear in mind that SKC's management to date have managed nothing but monopolistic type operations with no real competition. It is conceivable that SKC could pull out of the deal if it cannot obtain 100% - best outcome as far as SKC shareholders are concerned.

Then FOR will have to just muddle along with a stressed out Chairman trying to find the next sucker to buy his shares!
