I see Brierley are going to seek 2 shares into 1 and share option plan?
plus mandating directors to issue shares within permitted limits?
I wonder if the small shareholder will benifit from this or is this for who's good?
what do you think? is it a good buy?

And if you include Thistle, James Hardie and Tasman the NTA in NZ$ is $1.44/share!!

Hardies may take a bit of a hammering this year with the slow down in Oz, but Tasman seems Okay for at least the next 12 months. And you never know, Thistle may get a buyer at long last.

Bearing mind cash from Sealord and Vox sales there does not seem much downside risk to this stock despite is reputation.

At the closing price of 157p its share of Thistle (45.9%) is very close to the all-up Brierley capitisation at 34c/share without other assets.
