Hi Warner,

thank you so much for your prompt response as well as your view of the
situation ... these exercise dates and prices aren't the ones on page 38 of
the 2000 annual report?  Most of them range between $.17 to  $.24 ,
expiring April 2004.  Am I correct in assuming that none would be exercised
until the share price went up from what it is now?
