Gerry, No I dont think youre naive at all, its a prudent question and is
currently the last thing holding me back from investing (long term). The
options situation has been brought up before and I too would like to see the
figures on director ownership if it is possible to find the numbers, and
those of related parties. How these issues make up the directors packages is
of most interest to me, and until I have all that info I will not be
investing. If these are excisable (what price) and the lockup or dates are
important to your value should they come flooding into the market (a month
after you purchase).
