MAtthew and others

I want to know what empirical evidence you or others can point to that a
rally in IT stocks is forthcoming. Please don't mention the month of the
year as proof of anything.  For me that doesn't seem to be a very
rational or sound basis on which to support this proposition.  I can
hear it now.  Why did you spend all that money on companies that make no
money?

Answer.  Cos it was November!
