I'm interested also as to whether BDO has the personnel & expertise available to run a company such as Cosmetic Sales. I'm a little bit acquainted with it, & I would reckon that running a co. such as it is a tad more complex than putting perfume in courier bags & posting out. The present personnel at CS are probably staying on, but I would be interested to know about this before I rated it as a long or medium-term buy.

 Apparently CS Co has t/o of about $15 mill, & if they sold the shares BDO are giving them they'll get about 11 mill at today's prices (if they can get buyers at that price). I guess this is a good deal for them, as I've got a small business , t/o is about $800000- if someone was going to give me $600000 or so for it, I'd be keen. I would value it on the market realistically as worth more like about $150000. I thought this might interest, as it is in a similar industry as the BDO/CS co one. Cheers for now, Pete R.
